ADM 6228-P MILE MAKER PORTABLE DRUM PLANT
  • 60" Diameter x 30' Long Rotary Drum. The shell is manufactured from A36 Steel.
  • Two (2) Dryer Tires Constructed from 1045 Alloy Steel, Quenched and Tempered to a 200 Brinnel, Forged One Piece and Seamless are Factory Mounted. Tire Support Pads are placed between the Drum Tire and Drum Shell.
  • Four (4) Adjustable Trunnions with Spherical Roller Bearings. Trunnions are Hardened to a 50-60 Rockwell and Driven by Shaft Mounted Gear Reducers & 10 HP x 1800RPM Motors.
  • Two (2) Oversized Guide Rollers Ensure Total Tire and Trunnions Surface Contact.
  • An Alternating Flight Design Provides for a High Efficiency Material Veil, Reducing Operating Costs. Flights are Staggered for Maximum Heat Transfer.
  • The Exhaust Breeching Located at the Discharge End of the Drum Provides for Duct Transition and Velocity Reduction. High Temperature Drum Seals are Stud Welded Externally onto the Back of the Exhaust Breeching Minimizing Leakage Air.
  • Main Frame is Constructed from Heavy Duty I-Beams with Support Legs to Grade, Tandem Axle Assembly with 8-11:00 x 22.5 Tires and Rims, Stop Lights and Turn Signals.

  • Hauck Star-Jet Combination Burner, Model JBO-4200E 111-07-03-00 with 36oz. Burner Blower and 40 HP, 3600 RPM.
  • Electric Motor - 6,000 Gal Burner Fuel Tank and Pre-Heater

4CFB15-P COLD FEED BIN UNIT

  • 4 Bin Cold Feed Bin Unit
  • The top opening of each bin is 8' wide x 9' deep and has a struck capacity of 20 tons based on a material density of 110 pounds per cubic foot. The top lip of each bin is reinforced with heavy duty angle iron.
  • Bin Walls are Fabricated with 1/4" Thick Steel Plate with Heavy Angle Stiffeners for Rigid Support.
  • The Steep Sloped Sidewalls Ensure Free Flow of Material to a Self-Relieving Discharge Opening.
  • Multi-Position Radial Type Discharge Gates with Positive Locks are Provided for Each Feed Opening.
  • Heavy 1/2" Rubber Skirt Boards Keep Material Spillage to a Minimum.
  • The Collector Belt is 30" Wide and is Extended for Placement of Belt Scale Automation Incorporated into the Aggregate Feed Controls.
  • Four 24" x 7'0" Long Belt Feeders. Each Feeder has a Lagged Head Pulley and Self Cleaning, Adjustable Tail Pulley 5 HP DC Drives with no Flow Switches and Tachs. Allen Bradley DC in Nema Enclosure.
  • 30" Wide Feeder Collector Belt with 15' Fast Feed Slinger Conveyor and 3'0" x 4'0" Oversize Knock Out Box Mounted at Exit of Drum, Dryer Exit Gas Duct Work, Bag house Controls and Gauges.
  • Baghouse Mounted on a Portable Truck Frame with Tandem Axle Suspension Tail Lights and Turn Signals.

SES15-P SELF ERECT SILO WITH LOAD OUT

  • Model 15 Ton SEB, 15 Ton Surge Bin with a 2 ton Batcher. 25 Ton Reverse Weight System. 20" Wide Drag Slat Conveyor Rated at 150 TPH. Single 4" Pitch Heavy Duty Roller Chain. Conveyor Bottom is Covered with 1/2" Thick AR400 Wear Liner and Side Walls are Fitted with 6" Tall x 3/8" Thick AR400 Liners.
  • The Conveyor is Powered by a 30 HP 1800 RPM Electric Motor. Drag Slat Conveyor and 15 Ton Surge Bin are Both Mount on a Common Portable Truck Frame with Tandem Axle Suspension with Hydraulic Raise Lowering.

PORTABLE ACT30-P LIQUID ASPHALT STORAGE

  • 30,000 Gallon Direct Fired Insulated Tank with 2" Metering Pump Including a Viking 45 GPM Dual Mass Flow Pump, 5 HP 120 RPM Electric Frequency Drive Electric Motor. Three Way Jacketed AC Valve Mounted on Metering Pump Pneumatically Operated. Factory Mounted Temperature Compensation Probe, Factory Mounted Digital Tachometer Feed Back System Mounted in Nema 4 Enclosure. Tank has Triple Axle Suspension.

ASPHALT PLANT CONTROL HOUSE

  • Plant Controls Mounted in an 8' x 8' Control Cabin Mounted on Drum Mixer Frame. Includes EZ-Blend Computer Controls, Silo Load Controls, Hauck Burner Control and Allen Bradley M.C. Center with Cables Equipped with Quick Disconnect Plugs
