Our Rejuvenator Pump Skid has all these advantages:

Progressive Cavity Pump

Progressive cavity pumps are positive displacement pumps.   These style of pumps are very linear on the pump curves and have repeatable flow rates regardless of viscosity changes in the liquid.

Mass Flow Meter

We use a mass flow meter to provide accurate flow rates to your PLC.   We interface to most brands of blending controls.

Variable Frequency Drive

We allow the plant operator to control the flow rate of the pump remotely or locally.   If you are calibrating the unit, you can control it locally.   If you are running the plant and have it in automatic mode, you can control it remotely.

Relief Valve

On the discharge of the progressive cavity pump, we provide a relief valve.   If there is ever a "plug" or "blockage" in the line, the relief valve will all the liquid to circulate through the pump.

Plug and Play is the Goal

Every pump skid we make is tested at the factory.   We calibrate and test the units to make sure your pump skid is working correctly.   All you need to do is bring primary power to the pump skid, add control wires to your PLC, and add piping to the drum and from the tank.
