Bill Garrett

Bill graduated from Pennsylvania State University with an MPA 36 years ago, married his wife Donna, 4 children (two also in the Asphalt Industry) and 9 grandchildren, and began his career in the Asphalt Industry. His career developed from Manufacturers of plant heating systems and eventually developed expertise on entire plants while National Sales Manager for a major Hot Mix Plant Manufacturer.

Currently he is a Partner with  Meeker Equipment Company , based in Meeker’s offices in Belleville, PA. His consulting has allowed him to get hands on experience through out North America. He serves on many committees for the State Asphalt Associations, and NAPA, especially on technical issues.

His membership in “Who’s Who” in Science and Engineering has allowed him to network with other industry professionals while Training and Speaking through out North America.
